<p><span style="font-weight: 400;">Dr. Jeff Van Meter has been a business owner for over 25 years and has built several businesses, including a four year foray into the franchised hair care industry.</span></p>
<p><span style="font-weight: 400;">He is a recovering Engineer, having graduated from Purdue University in 1987 with a bachelor&#8217;s degree in Industrial Engineering.</span></p>
<p><span style="font-weight: 400;">Then, evidently because he missed school so much, he went back for seven more years to get both a Masters in Theology and a Doctorate in Psychology.</span></p>
<p><span style="font-weight: 400;">He has served as a business and leadership consultant with Accenture, Cypress Leadership Development and the Lead Life Institute.</span></p>
<p><span style="font-weight: 400;">He is the Founder and Executive Director of Legacy Clinical Consultants, a leading provider of psychological services in the Chicago area.</span></p>
<p><span style="font-weight: 400;">His most recent startup is The Human Leader, where he teaches business owners and executives the power of being psychologically aware while leading their company, their family and themselves.</span></p>
<p><span style="font-weight: 400;">As a trusted advisor to numerous business owners, he&#8217;s been called the CEO&#8217;s Consigliere (con-sill-ee-yair-ray) due to his candid and insightful feedback on the challenges facing leaders in their organization.</span></p>

<p><span style="font-weight: 400;">Scott Messer&#8217;s career as a business development professional and serial entrepreneur spans over 25 years.</span></p>
<p><span style="font-weight: 400;">Before starting Sales Evolution, LLC, Scott held various sales,</span> <a href= "https://www.salesevolution.com/what-we-do/sales-coaching/"><span style="font-weight: 400;"> sales management</span><span style="font-weight: 400;">,</span></a> <span style="font-weight: 400;">and executive positions at Union Carbide, American Chemsol Corporation, Griff Machine Products Company, Ultimate Software Group, Data Flow Information Systems, Compuware Corporation and Growth Dynamics. This roster included two turn-arounds and two start-ups ? Scott helped these firms launch new products and services, establish sales territories and raise capital.</span></p>
<p><span style="font-weight: 400;">Scott brings to Sales Evolution a blend of leadership, management and communications skills, along with a diverse background of experience in firms ranging from large, established companies to early stage ventures. He has built strategic alliances, co-founded start-ups, overseen two mergers and acquisitions, and built new business units.</span></p>
<p><span style="font-weight: 400;">He is the past President of the Sales and Marketing Executives International (SMEI), Philadelphia Chapter, an organization dedicated to professionalizing the sales vocation through education.</span></p>
<p><span style="font-weight: 400;">Known as a true &#8220;grinder,&#8221; Scott has an uncanny ability to cut through the static and get to the real issues in any buying situation. His skill and knowledge of phone prospecting are easily transferred to clients who need to learn better skills to elevate their marketing efforts. This is why so many clients turn to him for coaching when confronted with those really tough deals that need to go forward.</span></p>
<p><span style="font-weight: 400;">Originally from Pittsburgh, and a Penn State graduate, Scott moved to Philadelphia in 1994. When not working, he spends his time with his wife Evelyn, a Mathematics Professor at Rowan University. Golf, reading and working out at the gym occupy his remaining downtime.</span></p>

<p><span style="font-weight: 400;">He has over 35 years of experience in Information Technology including twelve years at Bell Labs. &nbsp;He has held executive positions at AT&amp;T, where he served as Internet Strategist starting in 1991, and Dun &amp; Bradstreet, where he was SVP, Technology Infrastructure. &nbsp;Beginning in 2000 he held positions as CIO and CTO at a number of startups including Cometa Networks that was founded by IBM, Intel, and AT&amp;T and SendWordNow that successfully exited in 2017. &nbsp;He currently teaches machine learning in the Computer Science Department at the City College of New York (CCNY).</span></p>
<p><span style="font-weight: 400;">He has served as a White House technology advisor and on panels of the National Academy of Sciences/National Research Council and the National Security Telecommunications Advisory Committee. &nbsp;In addition he has severed on the boards of numerous industry organizations including the National Information Infrastructure Testbed, the Information Industry Association, and the New York Software Industry Association. &nbsp;</span></p>
<p><span style="font-weight: 400;">Dr. Grimmelmann holds a B.A. from Haverford College and an M.S. and Ph.D. from The University of Michigan. &nbsp;He completed his post-doctoral study at Bell Labs and is a member of Phi Beta Kappa. In addition he has completed executive education programs at the Fuqua School of Business at Duke University and the Graduate School of Business at Columbia University.</span></p>

<p dir="ltr">Coss Marte was sent to jail as the ringleader of a multi-million dollar cocaine operation. He was also grossly overweight and warned by his physician that his current lifestyle, if left unchecked, would likely kill him.</p>
<p dir="ltr">Faced with this grim prognosis, Coss started to get in shape using the tools he had?his prison cell and his own body weight. <span class="aBn" tabindex="0" data-term= "goog_1229187899"><span class="aQJ">Within six months</span></span> he lost 70 pounds and replicated his successful formula of body weight exercises with 20 other inmates. Then he launched ConBody a prison style bootcamp that has gained over 20,000+ clients and hires formerly incarcerated individuals to teach fitness classes.</p>
<p dir="ltr">Since the launch of his company he&#8217;s been featured in over 200 major media outlets such as NBC, CNN, The New York Times, TED Talks, and Men&#8217;s Fitness. He&#8217;s also won major pitch competitions such as Defy Ventures, Pitch for Good by TOM&#8217;s shoes and the YPO shark tank competition, which combined raised $200,000.</p>

<p class="p1"><span class="s1"><strong>Michael Borys:</strong> Michael Borys leads the interactive design team at 42 Entertainment ? responsible for all online, mobile and real-world puzzles, games and social activities. From scores of casual games found throughout 42E&#8217;s projects such as TRON&#8217;s &#8216;Space Paranoids&#8217; and the Dark Knight&#8217;s &#8216;Sitting Ducks&#8217;, to amazing real life collaborative scavenger hunts like the one held in the dead of night on Alcatraz Island, Michael always strives to give the audiences new experiences in fun. From 1996 to 2000, he led various teams within the Disney Company and helped in the creation of the original Disney&#8217;s Daily Blast online. In 2000, Michael teamed up with Alex Lieu at 3pinmedia to work on major projects for Disney Imagineering and the Disney Themeparks, as well as create animations and games for television and the web.</span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">In 2003-2005 Michael worked as Warner Brothers&#8217; Senior Game Designer for its Web and Mobile divisions. His passion and appreciation for authenticity, magic, history, games, and everything in between gives a unique point of view to what he creates. It&#8217;s his attention to detail and love of storytelling that elevates the work he does into something memorable and meaningful. For over 15 years Michael has been doing what he loves most, creating hundreds of gaming experiences over many platforms.</span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1"><strong>Alex Lieu:</strong> Pushing the boundaries of traditional entertainment and social gaming while re-defining the rules of digital and real-world play, Alex serves as both Creative Director and Lead Experience Design Director for 42 Entertainment&#8217;s award-winning projects. From sending scores of Batman fans to mysterious locations where mobile phones were buried inside Joker-themed cakes, to leading players through a scary dilapidated warehouse leading to an ultra-secret Nine Inch Nails performance, Alex is constantly searching for new ways to immerse audiences and weave them into fiction. He pioneered immersive storytelling techniques that blend the digital and real to create &#8220;events&#8221; in fictional worlds that attract massive participation.</span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">Alex believes transmedia entertainment is a true art form and loves innovative storytelling. Prior to 42, Alex was the founder and Chief Creative at 3Pin Media-a new media entertainment agency serving clients like Microsoft, Warner Brothers, Boeing, ESPN, Nickelodeon, ABC, Disney, and more-the Vice President of Creative at Lightspan Inc. working on innovative learning solutions-Creative Director at Mutation Labs, and one of the founding members of Disney Online where his team pioneered the very first use of Flash for web design, animation and game development.</span></p>

<p class="p1"><span class="s2"><a href= "https://www.linkedin.com/in/derek-yach-53369261">Derek Yach</a></span> <span class="s1">has focused his career on advancing global health. He is the Chief Health Officer (CHO) of Vitality, and leads the Vitality Institute. Previously, Dr. Yach&nbsp;was SVP Global Health and Agriculture Policy at PepsiCo, headed global health at the Rockefeller Foundation, was a Professor of Global Health at Yale University, and is a former Executive Director for Noncommunicable Diseases and Mental Health of the World Health Organization (WHO). At WHO, he served as cabinet director under Director-General Gro Harlem Brundtland where he led the development of WHO&#8217;s Framework Convention on Tobacco Control and the Global Strategy on Diet and Physical Activity.</span></p>
<p class="p3"><span class="s4">Dr. Yach also established the Centre for Epidemiological Research at the South African Medical Research Council. He has authored or co-authored over 200 articles covering the breadth of global health. Dr. Yach serves on several advisory boards including those of the Clinton Global Initiative, the World Economic Forum and the NIH&#8217;s Fogarty International Centre, and was nominated in September 2014 as the Chair of the World Economic Forum Global Agenda Council on Ageing.&nbsp;He is also the Chairman of the Board of Cornerstone Capital and regularly participates in cross-sector commissions such as the 2015 Lancet Commission for Planetary Health.</span></p>
